Cancellation & Returns Policy
You can cancel or edit your order after payment as long as it hasn’t been processed or marked as “Shipped.”
Once your order has been shipped, it can’t be changed or canceled; it will instead fall under our return policy.
Return Policy
If your coffee order was not received, you’ll get a refund minus a 30 shipping fee within 3 business days after we receive the returned package from the courier.
Orders cannot be returned once they’ve been successfully delivered.
